The New Mexico Department of Health - Center for Medical Cannabis and Psilocybin will be hosting Listening Sessions to hear from the public their thoughts and ideas regarding the new Medical Psilocybin Program. Each Listening Session will begin with a brief update on the status of the program and the anticipated general timeline for the start of the program. After the update, the public will be able to provide their comments, ideas, and thoughts about how the program should be set up in accordance with the Medical Psilocybin Act of 2025.
